Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A valid payment method is required to confirm reservations.

  • Prices may vary based on season, availability, and promotional offers.

  • Bogd Lodge reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations at its discretion.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation until 48 hours prior to booking.

  • Cancellations made after the deadline, or no-shows, may result in full or partial charges.

  • Group bookings or special packages may have separate cancellation terms.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

 

  • Follow lodge rules and respect the natural environment.

  • Use lodge facilities responsibly.

  • Be liable for any damages caused to property during their stay.

  • Supervise children at all times.

Liability

Bogd Lodge is not responsible for:

 

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • Injuries resulting from outdoor activities, wildlife, or natural terrain.

  • Service interruptions due to weather, maintenance, or events beyond our control.

 

Guests participate in outdoor activities at their own risk.
