Refund Policy

Standard Bookings

  • Full refund for cancellations made 2 days before check-in.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 1 day before check-in.

  • No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking or for no-shows.

Non-Refundable Rates

  • Bookings made under a discounted or “non-refundable” rate are not eligible for refunds, regardless of cancellation reason.

  • Date changes may not be permitted unless stated in the offer.

Modifying Your Booking

Requests to change dates, room types, or guest details are subject to:

 

  • Availability

  • Current pricing

  • Applicable fees

 

Some reservations may not allow modifications.
